Servings:
2 portions
Ingredients:
2 carrots
½ tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp butter
salt & pepper
chopped parsley
Preparation:
1) This recipe is super easy and quick to make.
2) You just have to peel the carrots and cut them into stripes. Heat up a pan and fry the carrots in some butter.
3) Season them with salt and pepper.
4) If they take too long to soften, you can add a little bit of vegetable stock and cover the pan with a lid to steam the carrots.
5) Once they are soft, you can take them out and glaze them with maple syrup and garnish them with some parsley.
